Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM“) advised NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited in connection with the term loan facilities aggregating up to INR 450 crores to be advanced to 7 SPVs of Resolven for the purposes of refinancing their respective existing facilities availed for the construction, financing and development of their 136 MWp solar power projects situated in the states of Karnataka and Telangana.
