Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) acted for Alta Capital and Logicap (collectively, the “Clients”) in respect of acquisition of the entire share capital of Pushti Warehousing Private Limited, an Antonov Group SPV (“Company”), housing approximately 25 acres of land situated in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas also assisted the Clients on acquisition of land admeasuring approximately 13.7 acres situated in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, for undertaking construction and development of warehouses.
The Company is engaged in the business of construction and development of industrial park projects for warehousing and industrial activities.
