The mandate relates to the development of ‘The Park Unizen’, a premium mixed-use real estate project located along the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass in Kolkata. The development integrates luxury serviced residences with hospitality infrastructure within a single integrated complex.
The project comprises two exclusive serviced residence towers offering approximately 70 premium units, along with a dedicated hotel tower accommodating approximately 218 rooms. The development aims to combine high-end residential living with world-class hospitality facilities.
We acted as legal counsel to Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited and advised on the regulatory and compliance framework under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) for the project.
The firm provided end-to-end advisory support from the owner’s perspective, including reviewing and vetting key project documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, enforceability of project structures, and effective risk mitigation.
