On 5th February 2025, a session titled “Pathways to the Bench” on Judicial Services Examination Preparation was conducted in the Moot Court Hall of UILS, Panjab University The lecture was delivered by a student of UILS, Mr. Bharat Jangra, who recently secured 6th rank in the Rajasthan Judicial Services Examination 2025.
The session was organized under the guidance of Professor (Dr.) Sabina Salim, Faculty Coordinator, and Professor (Dr.) Shruti Bedi, Director, ULS, and was graced by Professor (Dr.) Rajinder Kaur, Dean, Faculty of Law. The event was organized by Dibanshu Garg (President, USAAP), with Zaid Ali as Convenor and Samitanjay Sharma as Co-Convenor.
The Moot Court Hall was filled with students, and the session was conducted offline as well as streamed live, enabling wider participation. Mr. Jangra shared valuable insights on preparation strategies, examination approach, and interview experience. An interactive question-and-answer session allowed students to clarify doubts.
Overall, the session was informative, engaging, and motivating for aspiring judicial service candidates
