ARM, entered into a deed of lease with Bagmane Constructions Private Limited (“BCPL”), as ‘Lessor’, for the lease of office space measuring ~4,09,450 square feet of leasable area in the building named Taurus-4 (North Tower) comprising of 3 Basement Floors, Ground Floor, 11 Upper Floors and Terrace Floor, along with 519 car parking spaces located in a tech park named ‘Bagmane Constellation Business Park’, located at Doddanekundi, Bangalore.
