New Delhi | December 17th, 2025: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) advised Attentive.ai group on their Series B fundraising round totaling approximately USD 30.5 million, led by Insight Partners, with participation from InfoEdge, Vertex and Tenacity Ventures.
The investment supports Attentive.ai group’s expansion as an AI-based SaaS platform offering cloud-based software for landscape and construction management.
The SAM team comprised of Bhargava KS, Partner, Parth Singh, Partner, and Allen Benny Mathews, Associate, advising on all corporate aspects of the transaction while Neeladri Chakrabarti advised on tax related aspects of the transaction.
