Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) represented KKR in KKR’s fresh investment in Lighthouse Learning Private Limited, a leading Indian education services provider.
The investment was made by funds managed by KKR alongside participation from a new investor, Canada’s PSP Investments. The investment was announced on November 25.
