(SAM) advised Biocon Limited (“BL”) and its subsidiary Biocon Biologics Limited (“BBL”) on their ~USD 1.2 billion integration, involving BL’s acquisition of minority shareholdings in BBL from Viatris, Serum Institute Lifesciences, Tata Capital Growth Fund II and True North.
