(SAM) advised Premier Energies Limited on the acquisition of a 51% controlling stake in Ksolare Energy Private Limited, a company engaged in manufacturing solar inverters and providing smart energy solutions, and the shareholders’ arrangement with Syrma SGS Technology Limited.
