Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) advised Premier Energies Limited on its acquisition of a 51% controlling stake in Transcon Ind Limited. The deal marks Premier Energies’ foray into the power transformer manufacturing segment, expanding its presence in India’s fast-growing energy infrastructure ecosystem.
