Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Advent on the Indian legal aspects of its global acquisition of Sapiens International Corporation N.V (“Sapiens International”). Advent has entered into agreements to acquire a majority shareholding in Sapiens International, a global leader in intelligent SaaS-based software solutions for the insurance industry. Advent will also acquire Sapiens Technologies (1982) India Private Limited (“Sapiens India”), a subsidiary of Sapiens International, as part of the transaction.
