Rachika has over 20 years of experience in handling a broad range of deals in the energy and infrastructure sector throughout the value chain — starting from M&A, bid advisory services to structuring of the project SPV/company incorporation, contract execution, land acquisition, assisting with obtaining statutory approvals, licenses and permits, operational issues and challenges alongside dispute. Her clients include oil and gas majors, energy producers, manufacturers, investment companies, real estate, and infrastructure companies.

Rachika is a ranked lawyer by Asian Legal Business, Legal500 Asia-Pacific, Forbes Legal Powerlist, Insights Success, Legal Era etc. She has many publications in leading international and national publications to her credit and is often invited to speak on issues related to energy and infrastructure.

Rachika graduated from National Law Institute University, Bhopal and pursued her post-graduation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
