Shoolini University | National Seminar on Changing Horizons of Criminal Justice System in India

Shoolini University is organising a National Seminar on Changing Horizons of Criminal Justice System in India on 21st July at Indian International Centre, New Delhi, India.

 The seminar aims to discuss and exchange ideas on the emerging dynamics & dimension of Indian Criminal Justice System in the light of contemporary legal developments of adultery laws, LGBT rights, Aadhar, freedom to worship and right to dissent which exemplify the promises and wpitfalls of the practice.

The aim is to bring together students, academicians, and practitioners of Law to apply their views on Emerging Dynamics & Dimension of Indian Constitution with respect to the prominent legal issues.

In this regard, we take pleasure in inviting the faculty members, research scholars, students and corporate members to present their research and participate in Seminar.

Publication of Paper

Selected Papers guaranteeing merit & qualifying peer review shall be published in a UGC Recognized Journal by the Law School. All remaining paper will be published in Seminar Book.
