Prof. Upendra Baxi will be delivering a lecture on the title ‘Towards Constitutional Renaissance’ on 4th August 2018 in SAARC Law Centre. Prof. Baxi intends to examine the phrase ‘constitutional renaissance’ which has been used in the recent SCI judgment on the governance arrangements in Delhi. He will discuss his idea of ‘demosprudence’ as a method of constitutional interpretation.
