The President in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, appointed Shri Justice Ved Prakash Sharma, Additional Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, to be a Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court with effect from the dale he assumes charge of his office.
