The President in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India appointed Shri Hitesh Kumar Sarma and Shri Mir Alfaz Ali, to be Additional Judges of the Gauhati High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.
The President in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India appointed Shri Lanusungkum Jamir, and Shri Manash Ranjan Pathak, to be Additional Judges of the Gauhati High Court, for a period of six month with effect from 22nd May, 2017.
