The second edition of the GNLU Moot on Securities and Investment Law was organized in Gujarat National Law University on 9th,10th and 11th September, 2016.
30 teams from all over the country participated in the Moot competition.The Moot Problem was based on SEBI’s takeover regulations.
The team comprising of Manas Daga, Krishna Pallavi Vangara and Anurag Mitra of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun were declared as winners.
The Distinguished Guests of Honour for the event were Shri R.N. Jhunjhunwala, Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal and other guests present were Ms. Dharmishta Raval ), Mr. Sandeep Parekh and Ms. Veena Sivaramakrishnan.
