The President in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 217 (1) of the Constitution of India, appointed Shri Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad, Additional Judge of the Jharkhand High Court as the Judge of the Jharkhand High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge or his office.
