The Executive Committee by circular resolution dated 20.03.2015 passed a resolution requesting the interested and eligible Members of the Supreme Court Bar Association to give their nominations to be elected as representatives of SCBA to the Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) by 25.03.2015 in the SCBA office.
A Special General Body held on March 27, 2013, to elect two nominees to be members of Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) as a representatives of SCBA under clause 4(2) (c) of the Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Regulations, 2013, as mentioned below
“one or two members to be elected by General ballot of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) who shall be registered member of the SCBA for at least 10 years out of who at least one shall be a woman.” SCBA/GBM.38/2015
