Gnani Innovations Private Limited (Gnani.AI), an agentic AI platform enabling enterprises to automate customer interactions across voice, chat, SMS and WhatsApp through multilingual and multi-modal capabilities, has successfully raised USD 10 million in its Series B funding round led by Aavishkaar Capital, along with participation from existing investor Info Edge Ventures.
The funds are proposed to be utilised towards strengthening the company’s agentic AI capabilities, expanding multilingual and industry-specific solutions, and enhancing its engineering and product teams.
The firm acted as legal counsel to Gnani.AI and its promoters in relation to the transaction. The Firm advised on the transaction structure and provided comprehensive support in relation to drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising the transaction documents for the investment round.
