A five Days (40 Hours) Mediation Training Program was organized for the faculty members of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi under the aegis of the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), Supreme Court of India from 28 November to 2 December 2025. Senior Trainers, Mr. J.P. Sengh, Senior Advocate & Senior Mediator and Mrs. Veena Ralli, Advocate & Senior Mediator imparted this training through discussions, role plays, simulation exercises, mock sessions and audio-visuals which ensured that each session was experiential and engaging for all the participants.
This Training Program strengthens the institutional capacity with respect to mediation and allied ADR mechanisms amongst the faculty members. Success of this Training Program is largely owing to the active indulgence of the Hon’ble Chairman and Secretary of the MCPC, Supreme Court of India. 38 faculty members participated in this Training Program.
