Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM‘) acted as the Indian legal counsel to Sudeep Pharma Limited (“Company”) on the initial public offering of its equity shares (“Offer”). The Offer comprised a fresh issue, and an offer for sale of by the promoter selling shareholders.
The book running lead managers to the Offer were ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited).
The Offer opened on Friday, November 21, 2025 and closed on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, and received an overall subscription of 93.71 times, with the portion reserved for qualified institutional buyers being subscribed 213.08 times, as per the data available on the National Stock Exchange of India’s website. The equity shares of the Company commenced trading on the stock exchanges on Friday, November 28, 2025.
The Company is a technology led manufacturer of excipients and specialty ingredients for the pharmaceutical, food and nutrition industries.
