About the Blog

The Competition Forum (TCF) is a peer-reviewed student-edited blog focusing on Competition/Antitrust Laws. We aim at providing information, research, critical and constructive comments, and ideas. We wish to develop a database of research and developments in the field of competition laws by accepting quality works from various stakeholders, i.e., practising lawyers, academicians, economists and students.

Three-Staged Review Process TCF has adopted a unique ‘Three Staged Review Process’ to create a platform that offers quality research & improve the existing literature on Competition Law.

All submissions received would undergo this rigorous review process. At the first stage, the Student Editors would review the articles on the basis of editorial compliances and plagiarism. At the second stage, the articles would be reviewed by our Board of Editors consisting of academicians as well as legal practitioners. Lastly, the submission will be reviewed by our Board of Advisors. (Details of our editorial team can be found here.)

Articles can be sent back to the author at any stage for incorporating suggested changes / complying with submission guidelines.

The decision by the Editorial Board or the Board of Advisors (as the case may be) regarding acceptance or rejection of the Article will be final and binding.
