Prajoy Dutta, second year student of Institute of Law, Nirma University stood runner up in the essay round of NLIU – Trilegal Summit on Mergers and Acquisitions held up at NLIU Bhopal on 4th – 5th March in association with Trilegal.
He was awarded with a certificate as well as cash prize worth ?8000. The title of his paper was “Acquisitions in the E-Commerce Startup Arena in 2015: A Critical Analysis”.
