On 14-2-2023, the Ministry of Finance notified the Income-tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023 to amend the Income-tax Rules, 1962 (‘IT Rules). The provisions will come into force on 1-4-2023.
Form ITR-7 relating to filing of Income Tax Return for the persons including companies required to furnish return under sections 139(4A) or 139(4B) or 139(4C) or 139(4D) only, has been revised.
