Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA Team – Ms. Ananya Singh, Mr. Aakash Jeph, Fourth Year Learners and Ms. Anushka Agarwal, Third Year Learner entered into the Finals and were adjudged ‘Winners’of 12th GNLU International Moot Court Competition, 2020 organised by Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar from February 12-16, 2020.
Ms. Anushka Agarwal was adjudged as the Best Speaker for the final rounds.
A total number of 52 teams from across India and abroad, including several National Law Schools and colleges from across the globe participated in the said Competition. In the finals, the team went up against University of Southampton, England.
The moot problem was based on International Trade and Economic Law, WTO, GATT, GATS & Data localisation Law.
