GNLU-GUJCOST Research Centre for Excellence in IP Laws, Policies and Practices is conducting a 4 days Certificate Course on Patent Law Practices in India and USA. The course will be conducted at GNLU on 30-31 March and 13-14 April, 2019.
The course aims to give an in-depth understanding of Patent Law and its fundamentals, the requirements of patentability, drafting, reading and interpretation of patent specifications, patent office procedures and court.
GNLU students are invited to attend the Certificate Course.
