S.O. 3210(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 50 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (42 of 2010), the Central Government hereby notifies that the international organisations specified below shall not be treated as foreign source for the purposes of the said Act, namely:—
(i) South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation Disaster Management Centre (SDMC);
(ii) Global Fund for Disaster Risk Reduction (GFDRR);
(iii) Asian Disaster Reduction Centre (ADRC); and
(iv) Asian Disaster Preparedness Centre (ADPC).
