About the 4th edition of the NLIU-Link Legal National Client Counselling Competition

It has been more than a year that the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the day-to-day affairs across the globe, which till date continues to be a significant threat to the lives of people. Because of which, the once temporary virtual setup has now become the norm. Schools, colleges, interactive sessions and almost all the events continue to be contained within the bounds of digital media. Thankfully, many innovative applications have provided numerous opportunities ensuring that a valuable educational interchange can take place among law students while sitting safely in their homes.

Adapting to the dynamics of this new reality, NLIU successfully conducted its first ever virtual edition of NLIU-Link Legal National Client Counselling in 2020. Continuing the tradition, the NLIU Moot Court Association takes immense pleasure and pride in announcing the 4th edition of the NLIU-Link Legal National Client Counselling Competition, 2021 proposed to be held virtually from 12th to 14th November, 2021.

The fundamental aim of this competition is to develop the counselling functions of a lawyer in a holistic manner, by providing a unique opportunity to have a deep insight into the behavioural aspects of counselling.Counselling is all about giving such information which a client would like to know regarding his legal problem/case.
