CCLMS and CIPR are research centres at the Institute of Law, Nirma University that are continuously working towards promoting research activities and stimulation of knowledge towards contemporary matters in the field of Competition Law and Intellectual Property Rights.
In pursuance of the same, both the centres in collaboration are planning to organize a Conference on the topic “Intellectual Property Rights and Competition Law” on Friday, 16th April 2021.
The Conference will have two panels on the following topics :
Panel 1: Interplay of IPR and Exclusive Distribution Agreement (11:00 AM- 12:00 PM)
Panel 2: Jurisdictional Conflict between CCI and IP Sector Regulator (1:30- 2:30 PM)
