The National Law University of Delhi is offering an Online Certificate Course on Business and Commercial Law.

The duration of the certificate course is three months. The course is being launched on the suggestion of the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice.
An online event launch was organised on September 15, 2020. Various members of NLUD alongwith Ministry of Law and Justice joined the launch.
It started with Welcoming of Dignitaries and About the Course by: Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur, Professor and Director, Centre of Corporate Law and Governance, NLUD; followed by About National Law University Delhi and Launch of the Certificate Course by: Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh, Vice Chancellor, NLUD. A Special Address was delivered by: Shri Barun Mitra, IAS, Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India; followed by National Law University Delhi and its Milestones by: Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai, Professor and Registrar, NLUD. Address by: The Department of Justice, Shri. G. R. Raghavendra, Joint Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India; and lastly the Vote of Thanks by: Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur, Professor and Director, Centre of Corporate Law and Governance, NLUD.
Details about the Course:
The duration of the certificate course is three months.

Eligibility: Practicing lawyers, company secretaries and chartered accountants and other related professionals.
Fees: Course Fees: Rs. 30,000/- (including Application Fees of Rs. 3000/-)
