Vijay Mallya denied leave to appeal in UK Supreme Court against ruling with regard to his extradition today.

As reported by NDTV,

“The decision ends his legal options to challenge his extradition. Under the India-UK Extradition Treaty, the UK Home Office of minister Priti Patel is now expected to formally certify the court order for Vijay Mallya to be extradited to India within 28 days.”

Thus, after the said, Mallya has no legal options left.

He was arrested by the UK authorities on April 20, 2017 on the request of the Indian investigative agencies.
