Legal events have been an important part of Symbhav over the years and we consider it a great opportunity to experiment with different kinds of events and host events of the highest quality for all participants. Along with the Nithin Patil Memorial Mono Advocacy Competition, Symbhav 2020 will see a host of Legal Events, viz.:

  • Client Counselling
  • Judgement Writing
  • Mediation
  • Negotiation

These events will be taking place from 28th February 2020 to 1st March 2020, at Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

The four diverse events have been curated and shaped into formats that are aimed at testing the participants’ ability to represent a client unreservedly, inculcate the ability to not just perceive the law from a singular perspective but also create a balanced impression of a legal position, as well as testing everything from researching and drafting skills to oratory and deliberation skills. The format for each competition and the Rules & Regulations for each of them are attached as a separate document below.
