National Law University Delhi is organising National Seminar on Bridging Educational Divides through MOOCs and OERs on 23rd November 2019. The seminar aims to facilitate deliberation on the concept of open education through ICT in Higher Education to bridge the divides in education and provide exposure to the participants on OERs. It also aims to engage the participants in discussions and interactions by experts and experience sharing with co-participants from different parts across the country.

Select papers from experts practicing in the area of development of MOOCs and OERs are invited, based on the themes and related aspects. The papers should be based on research surveys, case studies, or action plans rather than theoretical explanations. Papers are to be sent to the Conference Secretariat at seminar.library@nludelhi.ac.in.
