Date of Summit: 31st August, 2019.

Eligibility: Authors must be pursuing their LLB/LLM/ LLB (Hons.) from any recognised university.

2. Foreign Investment (Private Equity/ Venture Capital and Debt Instruments)
3. Recent trends in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law.
4. Capital Markets

5. Contemporary Issues

Structure: 15 Papers will be summited for the final presentations and they shall be published.
There shall be a counselling session which will be conducted by Partners from Trilegal Offices for the exclusively shortlisted students.

Submission guidelines:

1. Articles: should be around 4000-6000 words dealing with an issue in-depth and demonstrating a comparatively higher level of analysis. Co-authorship is allowed (Max. of 2).

2. Essays: should be around 2000-3000 words and cover a recent development. Co-authorship is not allowed.

(Note: Word limit is exclusive of footnotes)
