The Legal Services Clinic of NLSIU is collaborating with Durga, an NGO working towards creating gender-equal spaces in India. The NGO is active in creating sexual harassment deterrence in India. It is an organisation trying to bring a shift in thinking among various actors on their role in women’s safety. It is active in engaging women, other genders and communities in creating safe spaces for women.

On Sunday, the 14th of April, from 11:00 am to 2:00pm, Durga will be organising a workshop on the NLSIU Campus. Their workshops help to recognise early sign of abuse and harassment, and how to combat the same. A flyer for their workshop is attached in this email.

This post is to invite you for the workshop. All participants will get a certificate showcasing their participation in the workshop conducted by the Legal Services Clinic, NLSIU, in collaboration with Durga.

To register for the workshop, first, please fill up this Google form. The registration fee is ?350 per head, and this amount will have to be paid once the form has been filled. Payment is to be made in advance via PayTM or BHIM to +91 9986643664 in order to confirm your registration. Please note, your registration will be complete only once you receive a mail from us confirming that we have received payment.
