The Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2019 was introduced in Lok Sabha on 20-12-2018 and passed on 04-01-2019.
It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd day of November, 2019.
Following Sections have been introduced with amendments and insertions which are passed by Lok Sabha:
- Amendment of Sections 2, 12, 14, 53, 64, 77, 86, 90, 92, 102, 105, 117, 121, 137, 140, 157, 164, 165, 191, 197, 203, 238, 248, 441, 446 B, 447, 454.
- Insertion of new Sections 10A, 454 A.
- Substitution of new sections for Sections 87, 159.
