The GNLU Legal Incubation Council (GLIC) and the Centre for Law and Society are jointly organising an event, ‘Panel Discussion on Opportunities and Challenges for Women Entrepreneurs in India’ to celebrate women Entrepreneurship Week (13 October – 20 October) on 09th October, 2018 (Tuesday) at Vitan – II from 02:30 p.m. – 05:00 p.m.

The panelists include

  • Ms Pratibha N. Patel, Entrepreneur,  Owner, Usha Engineering Company, Vadodara
  • Ms Arpita Vyas, Social Entrepreneur, Founder, Wings to Fly- The Foundation, Ahmedabad
  • Ms. Urvi Shah, Social Entrepreneur Founder, Arranged_Gay Marriage Bureau, Ahmedabad

The Moderator of the discussion will be Ms. Apoorva Patel, Asst. Prof. of Social Work, GNLU

The panel includes passionate women commercial/social entrepreneurs who are making a strong impact in various fields like energy, health, environment, education, transgender and access to justice, to discuss about the unique opportunities and various challenges faced by women in today’s digital world. The event will be a great opportunity for all budding entrepreneurs, students and others to hear from our experienced panelists their phenomenal success stories and it aims at empowering young aspiring women and developing the spirit of entrepreneurship across India.
