These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009:-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(I)In Regulation 42, in sub-regulation (4), after clause (g), the following proviso shall be inserted,-<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">\u201cProvided that in the event of under-subscription in the employee reservation portion, the unsubscribed portion may be allotted on a proportionate basis, for a value in excess of two lakhs rupees,subject to the total allotment to an employee not exceeding five lakhs
