{"id":88561,"date":"2016-11-29T10:05:44","date_gmt":"2016-11-29T04:35:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=88561"},"modified":"2018-04-27T11:29:57","modified_gmt":"2018-04-27T05:59:57","slug":"the-special-economic-zones-amendment-rules-2016-notified","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2016\/11\/29\/the-special-economic-zones-amendment-rules-2016-notified\/","title":{"rendered":"The Special Economic Zones (Amendment) Rules, 2016, notified"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G.S.R. 1094(E).\u2014<\/strong> In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 55 of the Special Economic\u00a0Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to\u00a0amend the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, namely:-<br \/>\n(1) These rules may be called the Special Economic Zones (Amendment) Rules, 2016.<br \/>\n(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.<br \/>\n2. In the Special Economic Zones rules, 2006, (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules) in\u00a0Form H, in Condition 7 for the words \u201cninety days\u201d, the words \u201cone hundred eighty days\u201d shall be\u00a0substituted.<br \/>\n3. In the principal rules, in Annexure-I, in item (1) for the words \u201cfirst quarter\u201d, the words\u00a0\u201csecond quarter\u201d shall be substituted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">[F.No.
