S.O. 3429(E).\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 26 of the Reserve\u00a0Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby further amends the notification of the\u00a0Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs number S.O. 3408(E) dated\u00a0the 8th November, 2016 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii)\u00a0dated the 8th November, 2016:-
\n1. In the said notification, in paragraph 1, after clause (n), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely :-<\/p>\n

\u201c(o) for making payments towards any fees, charges, taxes or penalties, payable to the Central or State\u00a0Governments including Municipal and local bodies;
\n(p) for making payments towards utility charges including water and electricity.\u201d.<\/p>\n
