The MoU was signed between the Ministry of Women and Child Development and Vedanta. The objective of the agreement is to modernise the Anganwadis and uplift the communities on a national scale by educating children, eradicating malnutrition and developing vocational skills among women in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">India<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>. The agreement aims to build the \u2018next generation\u2019 Anganwadi centres in the states of <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:city w:st=\"on\">Andhra Pradesh<\/st1:city>, <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Assam<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place>, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, <st1:place w:st=\"on\">Maharashtra<\/st1:place>, Odisha, Rajasthan, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh among others. These \u2018next generation\u2019 Anganwadis will provide quality education to children and skill development to women across the country in order to eradicate poverty and
