As a result, Forward Contracts Regulation Act, 1952 (FCRA) will get repealed and Regulation of Commodity Derivatives Market will shift to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under Securities Contracts Regulation Act, 1956 (SCRA) with effect from 28th September 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Ministry of
