These include all the banks in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">India<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> whether they are included in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 or not. The notification will come into effect from 01.09.2015.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p ><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p  align=\"right\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Ministry of
