Dave and Dr. A.K. Sikri, JJ., cancelled the interim arrangements of parole of the Subrata Roy and two other directors and directed that they be taken into custody immediately. However, at the behest of its counsel Senior Advocate, Kapil Sibal, the Court allowed a week to the contemnors to surrender and posted the matter to be heard on October 3, 2016. The Contemnors moved another application to reconsider the cancellation of the parole, to which the Court listed the matter on September 28, 2016 at 3.30 pm for consideration.
