Minimum Wages (Central) Second Amendment Rules, 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">On 14.07.2015, the draft of Minimum Wages (Central) Second Amendment Rules, 2015 was published in the Official Gazette to invite objections or suggestions from all persons likely to be affected by the amendments proposed in the said Rule.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The draft Rule proposes following amendments in the Minimum Wages (Central) Rules, 1950:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Substitutes the word \u2018Sex\u2019 with \u2018Gender\u2019 in Form I, in column 4 of the Rule;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Substitutes the word \u2018Sex\u2019 with \u2018Gender\u2019 in Form II, in column 4 of the Rule;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Substitutes the word \u2018Sex\u2019 with \u2018Gender\u2019 in Form 1V, in column 4 of the Rule; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Substitutes the word \u2018Sex\u2019 with \u2018Gender\u2019 in Form V, in column 4 of the Rule.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The objections or suggestions may be addressed to the Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi- 110 001.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Ministry of
