the Official Gazette to invite objections or suggestions from all persons likely to be affected by the amendments proposed in the said Rule.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The draft Rule proposes following amendments in the Minimum Wages (Central) Rules, 1950:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Substitutes the word \u2018Sex\u2019 with \u2018Gender\u2019 in Form I, in column 4 of the Rule;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Substitutes the word \u2018Sex\u2019 with \u2018Gender\u2019 in Form II, in column 4 of the Rule;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Substitutes the word \u2018Sex\u2019 with \u2018Gender\u2019 in Form 1V, in column 4 of the Rule; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Substitutes the word \u2018Sex\u2019 with \u2018Gender\u2019 in Form V, in column 4 of the Rule.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The objections or suggestions may be addressed to the Secretary, Ministry of Labour and
