The objective of the Act is to<b> <\/b>further amend the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950 in order to modify the list of Scheduled Castes in the States of Haryana, Karnataka and Odisha and the Constitution (Dadra and Nagar Haveli) Scheduled Castes Order, 1962.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The Act amends the Schedule to the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950 as follows-<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li>In Part V- Haryana- substitutes entry 19 as \u2013<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c19. Kabirpanthi, Julaha, Kabirpanthi Julaha\u201d<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li>In Part VII- Karnataka- substitutes entry 23 as-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c23.
