The Court however, observed that the owners can be ordered to protect it with a password to prevent further infringements. The copyright infringement\u00a0case was brought by Sony Music against a shopkeeper in the District Court in Munich, Germany which referred the same to the ECJ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
