The objective of the agreement      to enable the sentenced persons to be near their families and help them in      the process of social rehabilitation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul  type=\"disc\">\n<li   ><b>MoU      for Cooperation in the field of Information and Communication Technology <\/b>\u2013 in      order to enhance business opportunities for Indian IT industry in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Qatar<\/st1:country-region>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul  type=\"disc\">\n<li   ><b>MoU      between Ministry of Earth sciences and Qatar Meteorological Department-<\/b> in      order to facilitate the scientific collaboration between India and Qatar      to improve atmospheric &amp; Oceanic capacity in both the countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul  type=\"disc\">\n<li   ><b>MoU      between Diplomatic Institute of MOFA, Qatar and Foreign Service Institute,      MEA<\/b>&#8211;      for exchange of trainees, students, faculty members and experts between <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">India<\/st1:country-region> and <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Qatar<\/st1:country-region> to      enhance their skills and improve the training programme in both the      countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul  type=\"disc\">\n<li   ><b>MoU      for cooperation in the field of Radio and Television<\/b>&#8211; in      order to encourage regular exchange of radio and TV programmes and      material between Prasar Bharati of India<a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> and Qatar      Media Cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul  type=\"disc\">\n<li   ><b>Agreement      between Qatari News Agency and United News of India-<\/b> is      to enhance and develop bilateral cooperation in the field of exchange of      English-language news on daily basis and free of
