The objective of the MoU is to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of Textiles and Clothing, Silk and Sericulture, and Fashion through the following measures:<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p >\n<ul>\n<li><span>Cooperation in      development of trade, economic and investment relations;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Stimulation of investment cooperation, such as joint ventures, industrial cooperation, marketing, leasing and management;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Mutual assistance in skill development, training and retraining of personnel;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Facilitation of trade exhibitions, buyers sellers meets, business forums ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Mutual assistance in R&amp;D, technical collaboration in product development and manufacturing;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Mutual assistance in organising visits of technical experts, specialists and scientists and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Cooperation in export promotion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p >\n<p  align=\"right\"><span><b><span  >-Ministry of Textiles<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 17-03-2015, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between India and Kyrgyzstan.
